This Privacy Policy explains how EverAbleTo (“EverAbleTo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase or use an EverAbleTo digital membership, or contact us. Our store and customer-account services are powered by Shopify.

Information we collect

  • Contact and account information: such as your name, email address, account details, and communication preferences.
  • Purchase and subscription information: such as orders, subscription status, billing events, refunds, and transaction records. Payment information is processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers.
  • Support communications: information you choose to include when contacting us.
  • Device and usage information: such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and interactions collected through Shopify, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Please do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, full payment-card numbers, medical records, or detailed private health information through customer-support email.

Browser-local preferences and progress

EverAbleTo’s theme may store routine preferences and routine-completion markers locally on your browser or device. The theme does not send the values of those local markers to EverAbleTo or Shopify through that local-only feature. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them from that browser or device.

The theme also publishes limited interaction events through Shopify Customer Events. The custom event payload is limited to an event type, the part of the site where the event occurred, and, where applicable, a routine key. It is not designed to include questionnaire answers, passwords, one-time sign-in codes, full payment-card data, or order details. Shopify and connected providers may process their own standard device or account identifiers according to their services and your applicable privacy choices.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the website and membership, process purchases and subscriptions, provide customer-account access, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security, meet legal obligations, understand site performance, and improve the customer experience. Where permitted, we may also use information for advertising or marketing according to your consent and opt-out choices.

How information is disclosed

We disclose information to Shopify and service providers that help operate checkout, payments, customer accounts, email, support, analytics, security, and advertising. The currently connected advertising pixel may include Pinterest. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

Depending on applicable law, certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising. Where available, you can exercise the applicable opt-out through our Data Sharing Opt-Out page.

Cookies and privacy choices

Shopify and connected services may use cookies or similar technologies to provide site functions, maintain security, remember choices, measure performance, and support advertising where permitted. You can use available store privacy controls and your browser settings. Blocking required technologies may affect account or checkout functions.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing the service, maintaining transaction and consent records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising-related uses. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

Adults only

EverAbleTo is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the membership to children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service, technology, or legal requirements. The updated date will appear at the top, and additional notice will be provided when required by law.
