Gentle movement. Clear guidance. Your pace.

Terms of service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the EverAbleTo website, customer account, and digital membership (the “Service”). In these Terms, “EverAbleTo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator offering the Service under the EverAbleTo public brand.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account and purchase information and to protect your account, password, and one-time sign-in codes. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The Service

EverAbleTo provides digital access to gentle movement and stretching routines and related educational material. The available library and presentation of the Service may be updated over time. The membership is for personal, noncommercial use.

General-wellness and safety notice

The Service provides general educational and wellness information. It is not medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition. Review the Safety page before beginning a routine. Use a stable setup, move within a comfortable range, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, numbness, or another concerning symptom. Contact emergency services when urgent help is needed. If you have an injury, health condition, recent surgery, or uncertainty about whether an activity is appropriate, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Subscription and payment

The EverAbleTo membership costs $19.99 at initial purchase and automatically renews every month at $19.99, plus any tax displayed at checkout, until canceled. There is no free trial. By completing the subscription purchase, you authorize the recurring monthly charge shown at checkout.

When a renewal payment fails, payment will be retried three times, with each retry scheduled seven days after the preceding failed attempt. If all three retries fail, the subscription will be canceled and a notice will be sent to the email associated with the customer account. If a retry succeeds, the membership continues.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management option in your customer account. If that online control is unavailable or fails, email kspcorps@gmail.com. We will not require a telephone call or another purchase to cancel.

Future billing and membership access end when the cancellation becomes effective. A payment processed before cancellation became effective remains subject to the Digital Membership Refund Policy. Canceling does not create a prorated partial-month refund except where required by law.

Digital delivery

The membership is delivered digitally through the customer account after successful payment. No physical shipment is provided for the membership. Additional details appear in the Digital Delivery Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly display, scrape, interfere with, bypass access controls for, or use the Service for an unlawful purpose. You may not upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access to another account or system.

Ownership

The website, routines, videos, audio, written instructions, graphics, branding, and other Service content are owned by the operator of EverAbleTo or used with permission. Your active membership provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the available content for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership or commercial-use rights.

Service and term changes

We may make reasonable changes to the Service. We will provide notice required by law before a material subscription, price, or Terms change. Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a price change, we will obtain it before charging the changed amount.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, unlawful activity, material misuse, unauthorized redistribution, or failure to pay. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Other policies and legal rights

The Privacy Policy, Digital Membership Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
