Cancellation policy

The EverAbleTo membership costs $19.99 when you subscribe and automatically renews every month at $19.99, plus any tax displayed at checkout, until canceled. There is no free trial.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time by signing in to your customer account and using the available subscription-management option. If the online cancellation control is unavailable or fails, email kspcorps@gmail.com from the email associated with the membership. We will not require a telephone call or another purchase to cancel.

When cancellation takes effect

Future billing and membership access end when cancellation becomes effective. You will receive confirmation through the customer account or account email. A charge processed before cancellation became effective remains subject to the Digital Membership Refund Policy. No prorated partial-month refund is provided except where required by law.

Failed renewal payments

If a renewal payment fails, payment will be retried three times, with each retry scheduled seven days after the preceding failed attempt. If all three retries fail, the subscription will be canceled and notice will be sent to the email associated with the account. Access ends when that cancellation becomes effective.

Refunds

The initial payment may be eligible for a refund when requested within seven calendar days after the initial purchase. Renewal payments are refundable only for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a charge processed after cancellation became effective, a billing error, or when required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.
